Very Good

The bed was comfy, and the the staff were very helpful, and the hotel is located just a 12 minute walk from an MRT station and easy to walk to, there are many food places in the surrounding area. It is basic but Good value for money for Singapore compared to other places.

The room was not really big enough for 2 people in terms of size and storage. I was on the ground floor, and the room seemed to have a weird constant water unning/dripping noise, but this could be dealt with by closing the bathroom door.

Worth your budget

Though the location was quite far from the MRT station, it was reachable within 150m walk to the bus station, so I recommend to take buses instead of MRT. The neighborhood was quiet, considering it was located in a red-light district.

My room was located on Floor 8 and the wifi connection was not good. In addition, the toilet spray nozzle was too strong to use, so be careful when using it.

Good but there is roaches

Very nice rooms and great staff , quite spacious.

I found a roach and it was a bit nasty to find this bug but everything else was great

Good location

The location of the hotel is quiet and close to tourist attractions using buses.

The room is very small, there is not much space to put your suitcases. The windows don't open.

Fair enough

The place is good enough for you to crash every night after a long day exploring the city. The hotel provides the bare minimum for a "decent" price considering you're in Singapore where everything is crazily expensive and hotel prices are just ridiculous. I liked the overall experience of staying at Ibis. Staff was kind.

Value for money

The room was nice and clean Location is pretty close to MRT so getting around the city is easy.

I was arrived after midnight and brought 2 luggages but the staff at the front desk doesn't even help just to hold the door eventhough they saw me struggling carrying luggage in and open the door. I wish they can be more helpful.

I can surely recommend this hotel if you need a rest between your flights or you want to explore the Singapore while you

The location is perfect if you want to explore the city. The nearest bus station is just in 3 min walking from the hotel, MRT station from the airport is about 10 min. The staff is very friendly and polite. We left our baggage twice before check in and after check out and this was a perfect option for us to explore Singapore 3 days instead of just 1 day.

Would recommend for budget, good stay against comparable options

Private room and bathroom. Quiet room. Very close to bus stop which takes 10mins to get to city centre.

Couldn’t move shower head. No hand soap in bathroom. Handprints on the walls.

Clean small room with a window

Staff are helpful.

Rooms are small. Initially had a double bed room which was tiny with the bed pushed up against the wall, changed to a twin bedded room which was a bit bigger and more comfortable.

Good for short and relatively budget stay

Nice location, not far from the metro station and from different food spots for locals mostly. The room was cleaned every day. Drinking and hot water available.

Windows in the room are locked because of the AC system. Thus it was always wet inside. There is no closet or other a place with enough space for our clothes.

Room was damp, AC didn't work properly, only two options where freezing cold or off, no temperature setting

Superb

The warm water in the shower is really relaxing and the electric kettle helps us drink something warm (or just to purify water!). The reception staff are also friendly. The blankets are comfy. The room is fairly simple and fits us just enough. Both sides of the bed also have their own tables.

The air-conditioning was a bit tricky. One part of the room was cold and the other part really warm. Side note: the showerhead is a bit small, good for someone just about 5'3 - 5'4 so if you're about 6ft tall, you really would have to hold the shower. There's also no divider between the shower and the toilet but you can ask for a bathroom mat.

Satisfying Budget Hotel

Everything is nice. Our check-in process was smooth and they let us leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out. The room is clean and we love the big mirror on the wall. There is hairdryer provided, and you can just request iron if need one. It is advisable to bring your own indoor slippers to keep your room & feet comfortable!

We wish the room can be more soundproof. It will be a plus point if they add bidet in the toilet too.

I can recomend the place

I can recomend the Ibis for one or two day stay or even more days. The nieghbourhood is very interesting, on the next street lots of restaurant and 24H stores. Close to main street and easy to get the taxi.

No chance to have a breakfast, but easy to order from restaurant or McDonlads with delivery to the reception.

nice and clean, very powerful shower and good AC. location is close to two metro stations for easy access into main city.

Good value for money,

I really liked the location, main street becomes so lively at night, lots of good and cheap restaurants and shops opened 24h in the area (on the main street), was a little bit worries about the area (red light district), but it's safe at night. Basic room, but clean, and AC working well.
